Distance Sales Agreement
ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES AND SUBJECT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the following parties:

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of goods and services purchased by the Buyer from the Seller via the www.setoiler.com website ("Website") within the framework of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that they have read and understood the preliminary information form and accepted the terms of this Agreement electronically.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER AND PRODUCT DETAILS

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY
The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within a maximum of 30 days.
If the product cannot be supplied due to unforeseen reasons, the Buyer will be informed within 3 days, and any collected payments will be refunded within 14 days.
ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT
Payments are processed online via credit/debit cards or other approved methods.
The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete payment details.
In case of any billing error, the Seller reserves the right to correct it even after the payment has been processed.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION)
According to the Law No. 6502, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason or incurring any penalty.
To use the right of withdrawal:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all tags and original packaging.

The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or via email.

The product must be shipped back within 10 days of the cancellation notice.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Non-returnable products include:

Custom-made or personalized items,
-
Perishable goods,
-
Hygiene-related products opened after delivery,
-
Digital goods delivered electronically.
ARTICLE 6 – REFUND POLICY
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller will refund the total amount received, including shipping (if applicable), within 14 days from the date of notification.
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original order.
ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

The Seller is responsible for delivering the goods in compliance with the contract and free from defects.

The Buyer must inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the shipping provider.

The Seller cannot be held liable for damage not recorded at the time of delivery.
ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, records of the Seller (including electronic and digital data) constitute valid and binding evidence.
Disputes under a certain monetary threshold may be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Boards; otherwise, Consumer Courts in Turkey will have jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
The Buyer’s personal data is processed and stored in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
Data is used solely for the purpose of order processing, billing, and customer service.

ARTICLE 10 – FINAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement shall be deemed accepted upon the Buyer’s confirmation at checkout.
A copy of the agreement will be sent to the Buyer’s email.
The Seller reserves the right to update this Agreement; such changes shall apply to future purchases.
